It goes around the hat and ends in a tie in the back. It is unlined and it has black inner ribbon hat band. Fenwick Original London Paris. One size. The ribbon band may appear to be yellow, but it is a light chartreuse green shade. In very very good condition with only one small break in the veil in the front.
