Frank。Frank Olive New York \'Franks Girl\' genuine 100% wool vintage cloche style hat with bow. It\'s likely from the 1950s or 1960s. It\'s a navy blue color and has a velvety \'fawn\' finish. The brim edge is stiff enough you can fold it up for a different look. I don\'t see any stains, holes, pulls, or other major flaws, just some light discoloring of the ribbon on the inside of the hat likely from hair products. I\'m not a collector or knowledgeable about vintage fashion so please ask any questions before buying. This item will NOT be laundered before shipping to protect its vintage condition.
