Approximately 31” waist maximum. The belt can be made smaller discreetly on the inside with a slider tension. Plain back of belt. Stamped with ‘genuine leather’ a warm brown with gold tone hardware. This type of belt is usually worn over a dress or top, but could also be worn through belt loops. It was likely pricey, unknown date of origin and designer. Possibly mid century. (compared to the Nordstrom belt in the last photo which is striking me similar to design and much more pricey and shown for comparison. The mannequin is pictured with the belt on the hips, and can be worn on your true waist. Some plating wear to inside of starbursts at fastening joint on inside of buckle, please see photos.
