? hard to find vintage 1950s clear Vinyl belt. Double prong 。This item is a vintage multi-strand fashion belt, designed to sit around the waist or hips as a statement accessory. It features multiple strands of silver-tone bicone spacer beads woven alongside deep red faceted glass or gemstone beads ( I can not confirm which). The standout component is its intricately textured, silver-plated functional belt buckle clasp that anchors the strands together. While buckle clasps are a popular style choice for heavy, statement jewelry (like necklaces or bracelets), this particular structural scale and construction align with vintage bohemian and retro multi-strand hip belts from the 1980s and 1990s. Design Elements & Details Materials: Typically composed of silver-finished base metal alloy components paired with crystalline or faceted resin/glass bead accents. The Clasp: Features a movable prong (tongue) that inserts directly into the designated openings along the beaded \"strap\" extension, just like a traditional leather belt buckle mechanism. Aesthetic Style: Mixes elements of Gothic revival, Western styling, and bohemian fashion, making it perfect for draping over monochromatic dresses or cinching oversized blazers.
