Vintage L.L. Bean Hunting Boots Amazing pair of vintage 16\" Maine Hunting Shoes made by L.L. Bean. Incredible condition given their age (likely 1960s era). The Maine Hunting Shoe was Leon Leonwood Bean\'s first product, introduced in 1912. Every pair is made by hand in Maine. Marked a size 5M. I believe them to be a Men’s size 5. Bean boots do run differently in sizing (due to needing space in the boot for winter socks) so if you’re shopping for Men’s please refer to the pic of their sizing info. Based on the fit recommendation, this would fit a Men’s 6-6.5. In terms of Women’s sizing, I would say this fits a Women’s 7-7.5. I’m a solid 7.5 and they fit me with wiggle room with a light sock on. With a thick winter sock (designed to be worn with one) they still fit me comfortably. Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Freshly conditioned as well. [#342]
